Noah's 1st Birthday Party!
Noah's party was at Grandma and Grandpa's house yesterday afternoon. Hannah had a blast! She loves parties. She was very busy the whole afternoon, between the bounce house in the front yard, and the games and food in the backyard, and all the kids to play with, she didn't stop for a minute!
My Mom did a great job baking and decorating Noah's cake! It was pretty and yummy!

Saturday
Yesterday was Noah's 1 year birthday! Time flies! Today is his party, but Hannah and I wanted to give him his present on his actual birthday. Noah didn't really know what was going on, so Hannah helped open his gift.
Hannah is holding her outdoor golf clubs that Daddy got her.
Just testing the water temperature.....

Hannah clapping after she opened Noah's present (and is sitting on it)

Two pools are much better than one!!

Jake worked all day Saturday, and when he got home he gave Hannah dinner and her bath so I could get ready for our dinner date! The first time out to eat (without Hannah) in months and months! My Dad was nice enough to come over after Hannah was asleep so we could go to dinner. I thought I was starving, but with pregnancy, you never know what will happen. We went to Pomodoro off of Hidden Valley. I love their bread, and I must have eaten too much of it, because when our salads came, I was full and my lettuce tasted funny to me. Then when my pasta came I couldn't stand the way the shrimp in it smelled, and I didn't eat one bite! What a fun date I must be right now!

Tom's Farms
Today Hannah and I had lunch at Tom's Farms with my Mom and my nephew Noah. It was such a nice afternoon. Hannah scarfed down her grilled cheese so she could go run around and play!
We paid 50 cents to drive the tractor. She thought that was pretty neat.

I know it says no swimming but I am sure she was thinking, "Come on Mom, let's go in!"

Baby Number Two
Well for those of you who don't know, Jake and I are expecting another baby! We are both very excited. I am also a little bit nervous too. Hannah will turn 2 on Nov. 7, and my due date is Nov.23! 24 months apart, boy am I going to have my hands full for the next ..... 20 years!!! Jake and I went to my second dr. appt this morning. We saw the baby on the sonogram and the dr said there is just one (Thank god for that!), and that the heartbeat and everything else looks good. I go back in 4 weeks, so I'll keep you posted. So far, I am not craving anything weird, just really nauseous, gagging at any and every smell, and I have been really really tired. Tomorrow I am sending Jake to do the grocery shopping because I can't stand the site of all that food in the store right now. It makes me gag! And he has to buy unscented soap to replace what is at all of our sinks. We have smelly soaps and those also, make me gag. So does the smell of the pantry, and inside the refrigerator. And Hannah's diapers, but I guess I am just going to have to deal with that! Or potty train her ASAP! =)

Temper Tantrums
I have heard from my mother that I was a very "terrible two" year old, and it is beginning to seem that my daughter may follow suit! In these pictures Hannah threw a fit because I took the whip cream that she was enjoying, away from her! She is always such a good, happy, busy little girl, but recently she has begun to test us in little ways.
